Overall responsibilities:
The Secretary to the Deputy Director for Student Affairs provides high-level administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Deputy Director’s office. The role supports coordination among three core departments: the School Activities
Office, the Admissions & Marketing Office, and the Student Affairs Office. The secretary must possess a comprehensive understanding of these functions and contribute to cross-departmental communication and project execution.
Specific Duties:
- Manage the Deputy Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between the Deputy Director and internal departments or external stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating student activities, events, and campaigns in collaboration with the respective offices.
- Support internal and external communications, including drafting emails, reports, memos, and presentations in both Thai and English.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and confidential documents related to student affairs, activities, and marketing operations.
- Coordinate logistics for on- and off-campus events, school outreach programs, and promotional initiatives.
- Support data collection and reporting tasks related to student engagement, enrollment, and wellbeing.
- Assist with task tracking, project monitoring, and timely follow-ups on administrative matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Deputy Director.
