       ด้วยมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลมีความประสงค์จะรับสมัครคัดเลือกบุคคลเพื่อบรรจุเป็น ผู้ปฏิบัติงานโรงเรียน ตำแหน่งอาจารย์ จำนวน ๑ อัตรา ปฏิบัติงาน โรงเรียนสาธิตนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล (ศาลายา) โรงเรียนสาธิตนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

        ๑. ตำแหน่งที่จะดำเนินการรับสมัครเพื่อคัดเลือก ตำแหน่งที่บรรจุปรากฏอยู่ในรายละเอียดแนบท้ายประกาศนี้

        ๒. คุณสมบัติของผู้มีสิทธิสมัคร ผู้สมัครรับการคัดเลือกต้องมีคุณสมบัติทั่วไปตามข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลว่าด้วยการบริหารงานบุคคลพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย พ.ศ.๒๕๕๑ และมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งตามที่ระบุไว้ในรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการสอบแนบท้ายประกาศนี้

        ๓. เอกสารหลักฐานประกอบการสมัครในลักษณะของไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์(PDF)เท่านั้น
           ๓.๑ สำเนาหลักฐานวุฒิการศึกษา
           ๓.๒ สำเนาใบรายงานผลการศึกษาฉบับสมบูรณ์
           ๓.๓ สำเนาคะแนนทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษ จำนวน ๑ ฉบับ (ตามเกณฑ์ผ่านการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษที่มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลกำหนด)
           ๓.๔ ใบรับรองการทำงาน (ถ้ามี)
           ๓.๕ ไฟล์รูปถ่ายหน้าตรง ใส่ชุดสุภาพ ถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน ๖ เดือน ในรูปแบบ jpg หรือ png ที่มีขนาดไม่เกิน ๒๐๐ kb

        ๔. การสมัครและการยื่นใบสมัคร ผู้ประสงค์จะสมัครงานสามารถกรอกใบสมัครลงในระบบ e-Recruitment Online

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

-  Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

- Minimum of ๒ years of relevant experience in counseling or working with school-aged children or adolescents.

- Completion of at least ๒oo documented supervised hours in both individual and group counseling, as part of formal training or internship.

- Fluent in Thai and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

- Demonstrates strong professional ethics, including confidentiality and integrity.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills.

- A collaborative team player who supports colleagues and contributes ideas.

- Shows a strong commitment to lifelong learning and regular professional growth in the field of school counseling.

- Thorough understanding of safeguarding principles and procedures, with a demonstrated ability to identify and respond appropriately to child protection concerns.
ผ่านเกณฑ์ทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษที่มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลกำหนด จะต้องได้คะแนนไม่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ดังนี้

ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified School Counselor to join our student support team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment where students can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. This role requires a professional who can provide responsive counseling services, collaborate effectively with teachers and families, and uphold high ethical standards in all practices.

Key Responsibilities

๑. Emotional and Social Support

  • Provide individual counseling to students facing emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, or family issues.
  • Support students in building positive peer relationships and adjusting to school life.

๒. Crisis Intervention

  • Provide immediate support to students in crisis, including those dealing with grief, trauma, or personal emergencies.
  • Refer students to external mental health professionals or appropriate resources when necessary.

๓. Classroom Visits and Workshops

  • Design and deliver workshops or classroom sessions on topics related to emotional health, social skills, and academic resilience.

๔. Academic Support

  • Assist students with course selection and ensure they meet graduation requirements.
  • Provide academic strategies, including time management, study skills, and self-advocacy.
  • Support students experiencing academic challenges or underperformance.
  • Help exchange students understand and adapt to the academic system and program requirements.

๕. Collaboration with Parents and Teachers

  • Communicate regularly with parents and teachers regarding students’ well-being, academic progress, and behavior.
  • Offer guidance to parents on how to support their child’s emotional and academic development.

Professional Ethics

  • Uphold strict confidentiality in alignment with professional counseling standards, sharing information only when appropriate and necessary.
  • Adhere to professional ethical standards of counseling practice, as recognized by reputable national or international counseling organizations.
  • Obtain informed consent for counseling services and respect students&#๓๙; rights, autonomy, and dignity.
  • Avoid dual relationships or conflicts of interest that could impair professional judgment.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect for diversity in all student interactions.
  • Ensure all actions and decisions prioritize the best interest of the student.
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all counseling practices.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to continuous professional development to stay updated with evolving best practices in school counseling.
