คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่ง (Required qualifications):

1. เป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต ในสาขาภาษาศาสตร์ วัฒนธรรมศึกษา พหุวัฒนธรรม คติชนวิทยา สังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยา สำเร็จการศึกษาสาขาศึกษาศาสตร์ หรือสายมนุษยศาสตร์สังคมศาสตร์อื่นๆที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญที่ตรงกับพันธะกิจของศูนย์ 
2. มีผลงานตีพิมพ์บทความวิจัยหรือบทความวิชาการที่อยู่ในฐานข้อมูลระดับนานาชาติ เช่น SCOPUS หรือฐานข้อมูลวารสารสากลตามประกาศที่ ก.พ.อ. ให้การรับรอง จำนวนอย่างน้อย ๑ ชิ้น
3. มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ในระดับดี-ดีมาก โดยสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารทั้งในด้านการฟัง พูด อ่านและเขียนในระดับวิชาการได้ โดยมีผลคะแนนไม่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี

IELTS (Academic Module)    คะแนนรวมไม่ต่ำกว่า           ๖        คะแนน

TOEFL IBT (Internet Based) คะแนนรวมไม่ต่ำกว่า         ๗๙        คะแนน

กรณี เป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอกขึ้นไป และมีผลคะแนนทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษก่อนเข้าศึกษา โดยผลคะแนนทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ข้างต้น จะแนบผลคะแนนทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษก่อนเข้าศึกษาดังกล่าวแทนก็ได้ หรือเป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากหลักสูตรที่มีการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) ในประเทศที่มีการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาทางการ จะไม่แนบผลคะแนนทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษดังกล่าวก็ได้

       ๔. หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการหรือการทำงานวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วมในด้านภาษา วัฒนธรรม การศึกษาหรือในบริบทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์หรือ

           กลุ่มพหุวัฒนธรรมต่างๆ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

      ๕. ควรมีทักษะที่ส่งเสริมการทำงาน ได้แก่ ทักษะการทำงานภาคสนาม การทำงานร่วมกับนักวิจัยชุมชน/กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ และสามารถทำงานในภาวะเร่งด่วน ล่วงเวลา

          และทำงานในวันหยุดได้

๑. No age limit

๒. No gender limit (a Thai male applicant must have completed their military duties or completed their year ๓ of Reserve Officer Training Corps training)

Required qualifications

1. Applicant must hold a doctoral degree linguistics Cultural studies, multiculturalism, folklore, sociology and anthropology. Graduated with a degree in Education. or other humanities or social sciences with expertise that matches the center&#๓๙;s mission. 

       ๒.  Applicant must have   at least ๑ published research article or academic article in an international database such as SCOPUS or an

            international journal database as announced by the Office of the Higher Education Commission.

       ๓.  Applicant must have qualified English language skills, which can be declared through successful results in the following schemes:

- IELTS (Academic module)       :    ๖     or higher

- TOEFL IBT (Internet based)     :  ๗๙     or higher

- TOEFL ITP                               : ๕๕o     or higher

- TOEFL CBT                             : ๒๑๓     or higher

- MU GRAD Test                        :   ๘o    or higher

- MU GRAD PLUS                       :   ๙o    or higher

Please note that the results declared must be within ๒ years from the application closure date. If proof of English language proficiency is not declared, the university will not consider the submitted application.

​Remark: If an applicant has completed their doctoral studies or higher with proof of English language proficiency submitted when enrolling in the degree program, the same proof can be used for this application. If an applicant has completed their doctoral studies in English in a country where English is an official language, declaring English language proficiency can be exempted.

        ๔. If you have experience working in operational research or participatory research in the fields of language, culture, education, or in contexts

           involving ethnic groups or multicultural groups. will receive special consideration

        ๕. Should have skills that promote work, including field work skills. Working with community/ethnic researchers and able to work in urgent

            situations Can work overtime and work on holidays.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับงานวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายหรือพันธกิจของสถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรม

เอเชียในส่วนของศูนย์ศึกษาและฟื้นฟูภาษาและวัฒนธรรมในภาวะวิกฤต และงานอื่นของสถาบันฯ นำเสนอผลงานวิจัยในรูปแบบบทความตีพิมพ์ระดับนานาชาติ ดำเนินงานภายใต้การกำกับตรวจสอบเฉพาะกรณีที่จำเป็น และปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ

1. ดำเนินการวิจัย ศึกษา ทดสอบ รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานวิจัยที่ส่งเสริมศักยภาพกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในประเทศไทยหรืองานวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายหรือพันธกิจของสถาบันฯ โดยสามารถดำเนินการด้วยตนเอง หรือ ดำเนินการร่วมกับนักวิจัยที่ปรึกษาหรือนักวิจัยท่านอื่นภายในสถาบันฯ และหน่วยงานภายนอก
2. พัฒนาโครงการและเสนอขอทุน/งบประมาณวิจัยจากหน่วยงานสนับสนุนในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เพื่อดำเนินงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานหรืองานวิจัยที่มีความสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายหรือพันธกิจของศูนย์และสถาบันฯ
3. บริหารจัดการโครงการวิจัยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและโปร่งใส
4. ผลิตบทความวิจัยหรือบทความวิชาการเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารระดับนานาชาติ และระดับชาติ โดยสม่ำเสมอ
5. ฝึกอบรม บริการวิชาการ ถ่ายทอดความรู้และพัฒนานวัตกรรมที่ได้จากงานวิจัยทั้งในระหว่างการวิจัยและเสร็จสิ้นงานวิจัย หรือตามหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Work description

Conduct research work that is consistent with the goals or missions of the Asian Language and Culture Research Institute. As for the Center for Studying and Revitalizing Language and Culture in Crisis and other work of the institute Present research results in the form of internationally published articles. Operate under supervision only if necessary. and perform other duties as assigned

1. Conduct research, study, test, collect, analyze data and prepare research reports that promote the potential of ethnic groups in Thailand or research that is consistent with the goals or mission of the institute. You can do this by yourself or in collaboration  with a consultant researcher or other researchers within the institute. and external agencies.
2. Develop projects and propose requests for funding/research budgets from supporting agencies in the country and abroad. To carry out work-related research or research that is consistent with the goals or missions of the center and institute.
3. Manage research projects with efficiency and transparency.
4. Produce research articles or academic articles for publication in international and national journals on a regular basis.
5. Training, academic services Transfer knowledge and develop innovations gained from research both during and after research is completed. or according to assigned duties.

Salary rate

            The rate for a doctoral degree holder is ๔๑,ooo baht. The successful candidate’s prior academic experience directly related to the position may qualify for a supplement to the base salary.
