       ด้วยมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลมีความประสงค์จะรับสมัครคัดเลือกบุคคลเพื่อบรรจุเป็น พนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย ตำแหน่งนักวิจัย จำนวน ๑ อัตรา ปฏิบัติงาน The centre of Bharat Studies สถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย

        ๑. ตำแหน่งที่จะดำเนินการรับสมัครเพื่อคัดเลือก ตำแหน่งที่บรรจุปรากฏอยู่ในรายละเอียดแนบท้ายประกาศนี้

        ๒. คุณสมบัติของผู้มีสิทธิสมัคร ผู้สมัครรับการคัดเลือกต้องมีคุณสมบัติทั่วไปตามข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลว่าด้วยการบริหารงานบุคคลพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย พ.ศ.๒๕๕๑ และมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งตามที่ระบุไว้ในรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการสอบแนบท้ายประกาศนี้

        ๓. เอกสารหลักฐานประกอบการสมัครในลักษณะของไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์(PDF)เท่านั้น

           ๓.๕ ไฟล์รูปถ่ายหน้าตรง ใส่ชุดสุภาพ ถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน ๖ เดือน ในรูปแบบ jpg หรือ png ที่มีขนาดไม่เกิน ๒๐๐ kb

        ๔. การสมัครและการยื่นใบสมัคร ผู้ประสงค์จะสมัครงานสามารถกรอกใบสมัครลงในระบบ e-Recruitment Online

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
  1. Applicant’s age is not specified.
  2. A Thai male applicant must have completed their statutory military service obligation, or be exempt.
  3. Applicant must have never been sentenced to imprisonment for a crime.

Specific qualifications

๑. Applicant must hold a doctoral degree in anthropology, sociology, cultural studies, economics, political economy, political science, Indian studies, South Asian Studies, global studies, policy and development studies or other social sciences field related to the topics of India or India-ASEAN.

๒. Applicant must have published at least one research paper or academic article published in a national journal: TCI ๑ or an international journal listed in SCOPUS or other international journal database recognized by the Civil Service Commission.

๓. Applicant must have good competence in English that can be evidenced in any of the following tests:

            Please note that the results declared must not be over ๒ years old as of the application closure date. If proof of English language proficiency is not declared, the university will not consider the submitted application.

Remark: In the case of being a graduate of a program taught in English (International Program) in countries where English is the official language. The aforementioned English test scores may not be attached.

๔. Applicant who has experience in conducting research or participatory research will be given special consideration.

๕. Applicant should have skills in information technology.

คุณสมบัติทั่วไป

  1. ไม่จำกัดอายุ
  2. ถ้าเป็นชายต้องผ่าน หรือได้รับการยกเว้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว
  3. ไม่เคยต้องโทษจำคุก โดยคำพิพากษาเพราะกระทำผิดทางอาญา

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่ง (Required qualifications)

  1. เป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต ในสาขามานุษยวิทยา สังคมวิทยา วัฒนธรรมศึกษา เศรษฐศาสตร์, เศรษฐศาสตร์การเมือง, รัฐศาสตร์, Indian Studies, Global Studies, Policy and Development Studies หรือสังคมศาสตร์อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอินเดีย หรืออินเดีย-อาเซียน
  2. มีผลงานตีพิมพ์บทความวิจัยหรือบทความวิชาการที่อยู่ในฐานข้อมูลระดับชาติ TCI ๑ หรือระดับนานาชาติ เช่น SCOPUS หรือฐานข้อมูลวารสารสากลตามประกาศที่ ก.พ.อ.ให้การรับรอง

จำนวนอย่างน้อย ๑ ชิ้น

  1. มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ในระดับดี-ดีมาก โดยสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารทั้งในด้านการฟัง พูด อ่านและเขียนในระดับวิชาการได้ โดยมีผลคะแนนไม่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. หากมีประสบการณ์การทำวิจัยหรือได้ทุนวิจัยระดับชาติ หรือนานาชาติจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ

Work description

Duties in brief: Conduct research in consistent with the goals or missions of The Research Institute for Languages ​​and Cultures of Asia Mahidol University and Center of Bharat Studies and presents researches and academic work in forms of internationally published articles and other related tasks and assigned duties.

Job Descriptions

๑. Write project proposals for research funding and research services both domestically and internationally that is in line with the mission of the center and the institute and responds to the research strategy of Mahidol University

๒. Manage individual research projects and team projects efficiently and transparently

๓. Produce research articles and academic work in forms of internationally published articles regularly.

๔. Arrange academic services and publish research results in many forms to the public and further develop the research individually or as assigned.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับงานวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายหรือพันธกิจของสถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชียในส่วนของศูนย์ภารตะศึกษา และงานอื่นของสถาบันฯ นำเสนอผลงานวิจัย และผลงานวิชาการในรูปแบบบทความตีพิมพ์ระดับนานาชาติ และอื่นๆ รวมทั้งปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ

  1. เขียนข้อเสนอโครงการเพื่อขอรับทุนสนับสนุนการวิจัยและบริการรับทำวิจัยทั้งในและต่างประเทศที่สอดคล้องต่อพันธกิจของศูนย์ และสถาบันฯ และตอบสนองยุทธศาสตร์การวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล
  2. บริหารจัดการโครงการวิจัยทั้งเดี่ยว และชุดโครงการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และโปร่งใส
  3. ผลิตบทความวิจัยหรือบทความวิชาการเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารระดับนานาชาติ และระดับชาติตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดโดยสม่ำเสมอ
  4. บริการวิชาการ และเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัย และวิชาการในรูปแบบต่างๆ สู่สังคม และพัฒนา ต่อยอดงานวิจัยทั้งในระหว่างการวิจัยและเสร็จสิ้นงานวิจัย หรือตามหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
หลักเกณฑ์การคัดเลือก

 

Selection criteria

๑. Eligible applicants will be considered for the preliminary selection based on their application form, personal documents, work history and letter of intent in Thai and English (no more than ๑,ooo words)

๒. Written exam

๓. Interview ( Thai applicants: Thai and English, Foreign applicants: English) )

Note: The screening committee will evaluate applicants preliminarily based on the qualifications stated in the job application documents submitted through the e-Recruitment Online system, in order to be eligible for further selection examination.

*Applicants who complete out the application form online via e-Recruitment must verify all of the attached documents (certified true copy) in PDF format and must be certified and correct. Applications lacking supporting documents will not be considered.

หลักเกณฑ์การคัดเลือก

  1. พิจารณาผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้ารับการคัดเลือกเบื้องต้นจากใบสมัคร ประวัติส่วนตัว ประวัติการทำงาน และจดหมายแสดงความตั้งใจในการสมัครงานเป็นภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ความยาวไม่เกิน ๑,๐๐๐ คำ (Letter of statement/ Statement of purpose)
  2. การสอบข้อเขียน
  3. การสอบสัมภาษณ์ (ผู้สมัครไทย : ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ, ผู้สมัครต่างชาติ : ภาษาอังกฤษ)

  4. หมายเหตุ : คณะกรรมการพิจารณาคัดกรองผู้สมัครเบื้องต้นจากคุณสมบัติตามเอกสารสมัครงานในระบบ  e-Recruitment Online  เพื่อมีสิทธิเข้ารับการสอบคัดเลือก

Salary rate

            The rate for a doctoral degree holder is ๔๑,ooo THB. The successful candidate’s prior academic experience directly related to the position may qualify for a supplement to the base salary.
