Required Qualifications:
1. The applicant must hold or nearly complete a doctoral degree from an accredited program in the fields of circular economy, sustainability, net zero transformation, and social/environmental innovation. from an institution accredited by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) or the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC). (please check the accredited institution from https://accreditation.ocsc.go.th/search/curriculum). When a degree of any level of education of an applicant does not comply with the criteria prescribed by the CSC, a letter certifying the holder of the degree’s credentials for the purpose of instatement and appointment as a civil official, and determination of salary rate from the CSC is required to submit for application under the authority of CSC and the OCSC Sections 8(10) and 13(11) of Civil Service Regulations Act, B.E. 2551.

3. The applicant must have experience in research in related fields;
4. The applicant must have an ability to demonstrate in grant acquisition and management;
5. The applicant must have an ability to demonstrate in academic teaching at graduate levels in related subjects;
6. The applicant must have (potential) publications in peer-reviewed journals in related fields and is able to provide the evidence;
7. The applicant must have excellent communication skills in English and is able to provide the evidence;
8. The applicant is comfortable working with an inter- and transdisciplinary team.
Optional qualifications:
1. The applicant has experience in blended learning or e-learning;
2. The applicant has business and/or community engagement activities OR experience in social engagement and public outreach with local and/or international organizations and is able to provide the evidence;
3. The applicant has established connection with relevant academic partners and/or relevant stakeholders in the research field;
4. The applicant has a network for the acquisition of externally funded projects;
5. The applicant has ability to engage students in practical research, integrate research into teaching, and is able to provide the evidence.
6. The applicant has passed an English Proficiency Test required by Mahidol University while the test score report must be valid on the date of the appointment for the position. The applicant must pass one of the following tests;
a. IELTS (Academic Module) at a minimum total score of 6 or
b. TOEFL iBT (Internet Based) at a minimum score of 79 or
c. TOEFL ITP at a minimum score of 550 or
d. TOEFL CBT at a minimum score of 213 or
e. MU GRAD Test at a minimum score of 80.
In case that the English Proficiency score result does not meet the requirement, the candidate can be appointed for the position if his or her qualification meets one of the following criteria;
1. The applicant has obtained doctoral degree or above and had already earned the English Proficiency test score that was higher than or equal to the score required by the University OR
2. The applicant has graduated from a program which uses English as a medium of instruction (international program) or has graduated from the country in which English is the official language of instruction.
