- เป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาเอก
- มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพเทคนิคการแพทย์
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการสอน การวิจัยทางด้านโลหิตวิทยา หรือภูมิคุ้มกันโลหิตวิทยา วิทยาศาสตร์การบริการโลหิต จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- สอนนักศึกษา สาขาวิชาเทคนิคการแพทย์ ระดับปริญญาตรีและบัณฑิตศึกษา
- ดำเนินการวิจัยและผลิตผลงานวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ปฏิบัติงานด้านการให้บริการวิชาการ และร่วมพัฒนากระบวนการให้บริการทางสุขภาพ
- การทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม
- การให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาแก่นักศึกษา
