2.สัญชาติไทย

3.อายุไม่น้อยกว่า 20 ปี แต่ไม่เกิน 35 ปี

4.ได้รับคุณวุฒิไม่ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี

5.สามารถลงพื้นที่วิจัยต่างจังหวัดได้ เช่นเชียงใหม่ หนองคาย สงขลาเป็นต้น
