1. General Requirements

2.2 Research Expertise: Proven proficiency in applied research or addressing contemporary social issues.
2.3 International Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working with international research teams or academic institutions.
2.4 List of Publication: A complete list of published academic works.
3. Expertise in Grant Proposal Writing and Academic Event Management
3.1 Proposal Writing Experience: Demonstrated experience in preparing research proposals for international funding agencies such as Horizon Europe, NIH, the World Bank, or other major funding bodies.
3.2 Knowledge of Funding Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of the criteria requirements and formats for research project proposals from various funding sources.
3.3 Strategic Customization: Ability to analyze the needs of funding organizations and tailor proposals to fit the specific context of each funding opportunity.
3.4 Budgeting and Operational Planning: Proficient in developing research budgets and operational plans to ensure successful project implementation.
3.5 Project Management: Proficiency in developing research budgets and defining operational goals to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
3.6 International Coordination and Networking: Expertise in international collaboration and the development of academic networks.
3.7 Academic Conference Organization: Experience in organizing academic conferences or related international events.
4. Key Responsibilities:
4.1 Organize Conferences: Coordinate and host international academic conferences or related events.
4.2 Proposal Development: Prepare and submit research project proposals for international funding.
4.3 Academic Publications: Publish at least two research articles per year in Scopus or Web of Science indexed journals.
4.4 Promote International Cooperation: Establish and strengthen international academic partnerships and networks.
