Qualifications

1. General Requirements

1.1 Nationality: Applicants must be foreign nationals legally eligible to work in Thailand and able to obtain a work permit.

1.2 Education: A doctoral degree in Sociology, Political Science, Education, Economics, Social Psychology, Anthropology, or other related fields from an internationally accredited institution.

2. Academic Qualifications

2.1 Research Publications: A strong record of research publications in journals indexed in Scopus or Web of Science.

2.2 Research Expertise: Proven proficiency in applied research or addressing contemporary social issues.

2.3 International Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working with international research teams or academic institutions.

2.4 List of Publication: A complete list of published academic works.

3. Expertise in Grant Proposal Writing and Academic Event Management

3.1 Proposal Writing Experience: Demonstrated experience in preparing research proposals for international funding agencies such as Horizon Europe, NIH, the World Bank, or other major funding bodies.

3.2 Knowledge of Funding Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of the criteria requirements and formats for research project proposals from various funding sources.

3.3 Strategic Customization: Ability to analyze the needs of funding organizations and tailor proposals to fit the specific context of each funding opportunity.      

3.4 Budgeting and Operational Planning: Proficient in developing research budgets and operational plans to ensure successful project implementation.

3.5 Project Management: Proficiency in developing research budgets and defining operational goals to ensure the successful execution of research projects.

3.6 International Coordination and Networking: Expertise in international collaboration and the development of academic networks.

3.7 Academic Conference Organization: Experience in organizing academic conferences or related international events.

4. Key Responsibilities:

Selection process

6. Selection Process:

Round 1: Evaluation of qualifications based on the submitted application materials.

Round 2: Selected Candidates will present their research, emphasizing their methodology and key findings, followed by a 15–20-minute interview in English. Evaluation will focus on academic competencies, communication skills, attitudes, and interpersonal abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

1. Salary: 31,290 Baht

2. Housing Allowance: 8,000 Baht

3. Remuneration: 10,000 Baht

5. Leave: 10 days per year of business or vacation leave (not applicable during the first 6 months of employment
