1. General Requirements
1.1 Nationality: Applicants must be foreign nationals legally eligible to work in Thailand and able to obtain a work permit.
1.2 Education: A doctoral degree in Political Science, International Relations, Sociology, Economics, Education, or other closely related fields from an internationally accredited institution.
1.3 Experience: At least three (3) years of full-time teaching or research experience at a recognized university or research institute, with evidence of international academic engagement or leadership roles.
2. Academic Qualifications
2.1 Research Publications: A strong and consistent record of research publications in internationally refereed journals indexed in Scopus or Web of Science, including at least one publication as first or corresponding author within the past three years.

3. Expertise in Grant Proposal Writing and Academic Event Management
3.1 Proposal Writing Experience: Demonstrated experience in preparing research proposals for international funding agencies such as Horizon Europe, NIH, the World Bank, or other major funding bodies.
3.2 Knowledge of Funding Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of the criteria requirements and formats for research project proposals from various funding sources.
3.3 Strategic Customization: Ability to analyze the needs of funding organizations and tailor proposals to fit the specific context of each funding opportunity.
3.4 Budgeting and Operational Planning: Proficient in developing research budgets and operational plans to ensure successful project implementation.
3.5 Project Management: Proficiency in developing research budgets and defining operational goals to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
3.6 Academic Conference Organization: Experience in organizing academic seminars, conferences, or related international events.
