• Nationality: Foreign national (any nationality)
• Education: PhD in languages, linguistics, cultural studies, social sciences, humanities, education, or a related field
• Academic profile and networking: Strong record of publishing in international journals indexed in Scopus, experience in developing courses or academic training, and ability to work with RILCA researchers and international research networks
• Technical and IT Skills:
       o Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
       o Ability to draft formal documents and communicate effectively online
       o Familiar with online communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.

• Produce at least four international publications indexed in Scopus per year
        o At least two publications co-authored with RILCA researchers
        o At least one publication co-authored with international research partners
• Develop and deliver revenue-generating courses, training programmes, workshops, or academic services based on the fellow’s expertise
• Support RILCA’s academic, international, and institutional activities, including:
       o Building and maintaining international networks and collaborations with universities, research organisations, and other partners abroad
       o Participating in key institutional events, strategic projects, committees, and other activities assigned by RILCA

Salary and Benefits
• Salary: 32,510 baht, plus 8,000 baht (accommodation allowance)
