1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอกสาขาสิทธิมนุษยชน สันติศึกษา รัฐศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ มนุษยศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนหลักสูตรระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ในสาขาสิทธิมนุษยชน, สันติศึกษา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง      
3. มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการวิจัย ในสาขาสิทธิมนุษยชน, สันติศึกษา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในการทำงานวิจัยหรือการให้บริการวิชาการด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนและ/หรือด้านสันติศึกษา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5. มีบทความตีพิมพ์ในวารสารวิชาการในฐานข้อมูล TCI และ/หรือ SCOPUS อย่างน้อย 3 ชิ้น
   ในรอบ 5 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
6. สามารถทำงานในบริบทที่มีความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม
7. มีทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ทั้งการฟัง พูด อ่านและเขียนอยู่ในระดับดีและต้องมีคะแนนทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งดังต่อไปนี้ โดยเป็นผลการสอบที่มีระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 2 ปี นับถึงวันยื่นใบสมัคร (แนบผลคะแนน ณ วันที่สมัคร) หากไม่มีผลคะแนนดังกล่าว มหาวิทยาลัยจะไม่พิจารณาใบสมัคร

หมายเหตุ : กรณีพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย, พนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย(ส่วนงาน) ที่ยังปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เกณฑ์การทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษจะถือปฏิบัติตามหนังสือเวียนที่ ศธ 0517/ว.6459 ลว. 10 ตุลาคม 2559 และที่ศธ 0517/ว.2176 ลว. 5 เมษายน 2560 (ไม่ต้องยื่นคะแนนการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษในการสมัคร)

Qualifications

1. PhD in human rights, peace studies, political sciences, social sciences humanities or other related fields.
2. Experience teaching at the post-graduate level academic programs in human rights, peace studies or related fields.
3. Have research expertise in human rights, peace studies or related fields.
4. Candidates with at least three years’ experiences in research or academic services related to human rights and/or peace studies will be given priority.
5. Candidates with a minimum of 3 publications in TCI and/or SCOPUS in the last 5 years will be given priority.
6. Demonstrated ability to work in multi-cultural working environment.
7. Proficient in English. Have a good command in spoken and written English, which can be declared through successful results in the following schemes.

Note: For current Mahidol University employees and faculty/divisional staff: The English proficiency criteria shall be governed by Circular No. ST 0517/W.6459 dated October 10, 2016, and No. ST 0517/W.2176 dated April 5, 2017. (Applicants in this category are exempt from submitting English test scores upon application).

1. สอนรายวิชาในหลักสูตรระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา (ปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอก) หลักสูตรภาษาไทย และ/หรือหลักสูตรนานาชาติ และรายวิชาเลือกระดับปริญญาตรี ของสถาบันสิทธิมนุษยชนและสันติศึกษา
2. เป็นที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอก
3. ทำหน้าที่คณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาตามที่จำเป็น
4. พัฒนาและดำเนินโครงการวิจัยหรือโครงการบริการวิชาการ ด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน และ/หรือด้านสันติศึกษา
5. มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินภารกิจของโครงการจัดตั้งสถาบันฯ เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน การวิจัยในด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน หรือสันติภาพ
6. ปฏิบัติงานด้านอื่นๆ ของสถาบันฯ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Responsibilities and Job description

1. Teach at post-graduate level (Masters and PhD) in Thai and/or International Programs, and in elective graduate courses offered by the IHRP.
2. Supervise Masters and PhD thesis.
3. Perform administrative duties in post-graduate programs as needed.
4. Develop and conduct research or academic service projects on human rights and/or peace fields.
5. Actively contribute to IHRP's missions in advancing education and research in human rights and peace.
6. Any other assigned tasks.
