2. คุณวุฒิสัตวแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต

3. อายุตั้งแต่ 20-35 ปี สัญชาติไทย

4. มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่

5. สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้
