          Mahidol University has opening for the position of Supply Analyst 1 position to work at งานสนับสนุนทั่วไป National Laboratory Animal Center
Qualifications

1.  ได้รับคุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป

2.  เพศชายหรือหญิง (ถ้าเป็นเพศชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว)

3.  มีความรู้ ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์อย่างเหมาะสมแก่การปฏิบัติงาน

4.  มีความรู้ ความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับคะแนน  TOEIC ไม่ต่ำกว่า 400 คะแนน และต้องไม่หมดอายุ ณ วันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร

Job Description
  1. การดำเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างตามพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ.2560 และระเบียบอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. การบริหารสัญญา พร้อมการตรวจสอบหลักประกัน
  3. การดำเนินการดูแล ควบคุม และบริหารการเบิก-จ่ายวัสดุในคลังของส่วนงาน
  4. การบริหารจัดการตรวจนับวัสดุคงเหลือ พร้อมจัดทำรายงานผล
  5. การดำเนินการจัดทำทะเบียนคุมครุภัณฑ์ ทะเบียนคุมวัสดุ
  6. ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และรายงานผลการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
  7. การดำเนินการประเมินผู้ขายและผู้ให้บริการ
