- Thai or any other nationalities
- Doctoral degree in social sciences (sociology, social policy, development, economics, geography, political sciences, demography etc.)
- Expertise or experiences in the following:
- Teaching in one or more of the following areas: social theory, monitoring and evaluation, and/or research methodologies
- Researching in one or more of the following areas: monitoring and evaluation research, sexual and reproductive health, environment, global health, labor studies, development, and/or urbanization
- A proficient user of English. Demonstration of proficiency is exempt for the applicants who completed a PhD program taught in English (international programs) from countries that have English as their official language.
5. For other nationalities: good proficiency in Thai is an advantage.
