          Mahidol University has opening for the position of General Administration Officer 1 position to work at ฝ่ายการแพทย์ Golden Jubilee Medical Center
Qualifications

๑. ได้รับคุณวุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา 

๒. อายุไม่เกิน ๔๐ ปี

๓. ไม่เป็นโรคตามกฎ ก.พ. ว่าด้วยโรค พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓

๔. มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office เป็นอย่างดี

๕. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดทำประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Job Description

๑.ปฏิบัติงานด้านเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ร่างหนังสือราชการโต้ตอบกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกหน่วยงาน

๒. จัดทำแบบประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปีของแพทย์ (PA)

๓. จัดทำรายงานการประชุมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานที่รับผิดชอบ

๔.ปฏิบัติงานด้านโครงการพิเศษของฝ่ายการแพทย์

๕ ติดต่อประสานงานภายในหน่วยงาน และระหว่างหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก

๖.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
