๑. คุณวุฒิปริญญาตรี ด้านบริหารงานบุคคล ด้านบริหารรัฐกิจ ด้านรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ด้านรัฐศาสตร์                                

๒. อายุไม่เกิน ๔๐ ปี

๓. ไม่เป็นโรคตามกฎ ก.พ. ว่าด้วยโรค พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓

 ๔. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการวางแผนอัตรากำลัง วิเคราะห์อัตรากำลัง หรือโปรแกรม SAP (module HR)  จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
