• จบการศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่า ปริญญาตรี สาขา เทคโนโลยีการศึกษา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ชาย-หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบและบริหารจัดการเว็บไซต์ การผลิตบทเรียนออนไลน์ การใช้งาน Learning Management System การเขียนโปรแกรมเบื้องต้น การออกแบบสื่อต่างๆ
