Qualifications

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree;
- Proven communication and writing skills;
- A background in science/science and technology would be an advantage;
- Willingness to work in a multi-lingual office environment;

Job Description
|
|
Responsibilities include assisting the international relations team in a variety of roles, such as:
- Drafting and editing university promotional material (reports, PowerPoint presentations; brochures etc);
- Overseeing and compiling the university’s international newsletter – E-Spectrum; MUIR
In Focus E-Newsletter
- Reviewing and drafting Memorandums of Understanding/Agreements between Mahidol University and international partners;
- Taking part and recording the minutes of meetings between Mahidol University executives and international partners;
- Reviewing applications and interviewing candidates for university scholarships and new members of staff;
- General language, communication, and program support duties as directed by the Vice President for International Relations and Corporate Communication;
- Attend educational conferences and exhibitions as assigned by the Vice President;
- Conduct campus tours for international partners/representatives.
