1. คุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาเอก สาขาวิชาศาสนศึกษา (Religious Studies)  สาขาปรัชญา (Philosophy)  พุทธศาสนศึกษา (Buddhist Studies) คริสเตียนศึกษา (Christian Studies)   อิสลามศึกษา (Islamic Studies) หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องตามการพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการสอบสัมภาษณ์
2. มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดีมากและมีคะแนนการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษตามที่มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลกำหนด โดยผลคะแนนมีอายุไม่เกินกว่า 2 ปี
3. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในกฎหมาย กฎ ระเบียบและข้อบังคับอื่นที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานในหน้าที่
4. มีความมุ่งมั่นทุ่มเทการทำงานเพื่อองค์กร
5. หากมีบทความวิจัย หรือบทความวิชาการที่ตีพิมพ์ในฐานข้อมูลระดับชาติ หรือ ระดับนานาชาติอย่างน้อย 3 บทความในระยะเวลา 5 ปี (พ.ศ.2560 – ปัจจุบัน) ซึ่งบทความที่ถูกตีพิมพ์ต้องอยู่ในฐานข้อมูลที่สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอุดมศึกษา (สกอ.) รับรองจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
6. หากมีประสบการณ์ในการสอนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
7. เป็นผู้ไม่บกพร่องในศีลธรรม จริยธรรมอันดี ไม่ต้องโทษคดีอาญา และไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามข้อ 6 แห่งข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลว่าด้วยการบริหารงานบุคคลพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย พ.ศ. 2551 ประกอบกับกฎ ก.พ. ว่าด้วยโรค พ.ศ.2553
8. มีผลการตรวจสุขภาพจากสถานพยาบาลของรัฐ ว่าไม่เป็นผู้ที่มีโรคติดต่อร้ายแรง หรือเป็นผู้มีอาการทางจิตเวช

                    College of Religious Studies, Mahidol University is dedicated to the study and research in the field of religious studies and fosters mutual understanding, cooperation, and respect among people of different religious traditions both in Thailand and throughout the world, so that common concerns might be creatively addressed. In teaching and research, the College also strives to nurture global ethical values and promote peace and human well-being. We are urgently seeking 1 full-time positions of Lecturer whose core responsibilities cover teaching at undergraduate and graduate programs, research supervision, curricula management and development, program administration and international trainings / workshops coordination

1. PhD Degree in Religious Studies, Philosophy, Buddhist Studies, Christian Studies, Islamic Studies or any other relevant field of studies that are approved by the Interview Committee;
2. Very good command of English; having the scores of English Language Tests that meet the criteria set by Mahidol University. Please be aware that the results of English Language Tests are valid for only 2 years;
3. Good understanding of ethical codes of conducts, laws, regulations and announcements concerning responsibilities at work and collaboration amongst staff;
4. Dedication to working for the College of Religious Studies;
5. If over the last 5 years (2017 to present), the candidate should have published at least 3 research/review articles that are in national or international database recognized by the Office of Higher Education Commission. These articles should not form part of the PhD thesis’ contents; is an advatages
6. Teaching experience is preferable;
7. Not having records of breaking moral/ethical codes of conducts, nor any criminal penalties. The candidate is well qualified by not having broken any regulations set out in item 6 in Mahidol University’s Regulations relating to Human Resources Management of Mahidol University’s staff (2008) and the Regulations of the Office of the Civil Service Common (2010); and
8. Health check-up records from public hospitals show that the candidate is not critically ill, nor mentally ill.
