Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a master degree in an international relation field or other related fields.

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or related field is highly preferred. Master’s degree in communications is desired. The candidate should have 1 or more years of broad communications experience, preferably in health research or health systems field.
2. Experience with internal and external communications, electronic communications, and communications evaluation
3. Excellent command of spoken and written English
4. Thai proficiency in speaking and writing will be advantage
5. Solid English writing and editing skills in a variety of styles, for use across different formats
6. The ability to multi-task and work well under deadline / Must work well in a team, fast-paced, high-energy and deadline-driven environment
7. Good computer skills and standard software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Be a secretariat or rapporteur to trainings, meetings or workshops and conduct a complete report for submit to a funding agency or a collaborating agency.   

• Be an Informant to an international group for study tour or visit. 

• Examine and revise the English language content in translated documents. 

• Provide advice on the English language portion of the INMU website

• Assist graduate students to pass the English Proficiency examination requirements as set forth by Mahidol University’s Faculty of Graduate Studies 

• Conduct assigned workshop for employees such as English for communication ,writing email for business

• Perform other related duties as assigned
