          Mahidol University has opening for the position of Foreign Expert 1 position to work at Bachelor of Arts Program in Chinese (International Program). Faculty of Liberal Arts
Qualifications
  1. Specific Qualifications:
    1. Having a Master’s Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Chinese, Traditional Chinese Ideology, Business Chinese, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, Chinese Studies or Comparative Literature 
    2. Age not over 55 years old (before or on the closing date)
    3. Being able to speak the Thai or English language
Applicants must submit one of the English proficiency scores mentioned in the below
(The English proficiency score must br 2-year validity up to the application date)

Job Description
  1. Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Teaching Chinese language courses and related subjects to Mahidol University students;
    2. Preforming academic services and other academic related activities as assigned.

 

 

Selection process
  1. Considering procedure

Candidates are required to undertake a written exam, an oral interview, and to perform a 20-30 minutes teaching demonstration.

  1. A written exam will be held on 10 November, 2021 at 9.00-12.00 h.
  2. A teaching demonstration and an oral interview will be held on10 November, 2021 at 13.00-16.00 h.
  3. The  selected candidate for the position will be announced 17 November, 2021 onward
Welfare bennefits
  1. Salary:             33,770 Baht per month (plus 8,000 Baht for accommodation allowance)
  2. Benefits:          Free Thai government health insurance and welfare
