คุณสมบัติทั่วไป:

๑.   ไม่จำกัดอายุ

๒.   ไม่จำกัดเพศ (เพศชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือจบ ร.ด. ปี ๓)

๓.   ไม่เคยต้องโทษจำคุก โดยคำพิพากษาเพราะกระทำผิดทางอาญา

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่ง (Required qualifications):

1. เป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต ในสาขาภาษาศาสตร์ วัฒนธรรมศึกษา พหุวัฒนธรรม คติชนวิทยา สังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยา สำเร็จการศึกษาสาขาศึกษาศาสตร์ หรือสายมนุษยศาสตร์สังคมศาสตร์อื่นๆที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญที่ตรงกับพันธะกิจของศูนย์ 
2. มีผลงานตีพิมพ์บทความวิจัยหรือบทความวิชาการที่อยู่ในฐานข้อมูลระดับนานาชาติ เช่น SCOPUS หรือฐานข้อมูลวารสารสากลตามประกาศที่ ก.พ.อ. ให้การรับรอง จำนวนอย่างน้อย ๑ ชิ้น
3. มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ในระดับดี-ดีมาก โดยสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารทั้งในด้านการฟัง พูด อ่านและเขียนในระดับวิชาการได้ โดยมีผลคะแนนไม่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้

IELTS (Academic Module)        คะแนนรวมไม่ต่ำกว่า      ๖        คะแนน

TOEFL IBT (Internet Based)      คะแนนรวมไม่ต่ำกว่า      ๗๙      คะแนน

TOEFL- ITP                         คะแนนรวมไม่ต่ำกว่า      ๕๕๐    คะแนน

TOEFL- CBT                        คะแนนรวมไม่ต่ำกว่า      ๒๑๓    คะแนน

ทั้งนี้หากเป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาในหลักสูตรนานาชาติจากต่างประเทศที่มีการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาแม่หรือเป็นภาษาราชการ อาจใช้หลักฐานอื่นในระดับที่เท่ากันกับเกณฑ์ดังกล่าวข้างต้น โดยผลการสอบตามเกณฑ์ต่างๆ ต้องมีระยะเวลาไม่เกิน ๒ ปี นับถึงวันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร (แนบผลคะแนน ณ วันที่สมัคร) หากไม่มีผลคะแนนดังกล่าวมหาวิทยาลัยจะไม่พิจารณาใบสมัคร

1. หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการหรือการทำงานวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วมในด้านภาษา วัฒนธรรม การศึกษาหรือในบริบทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์หรือกลุ่มพหุวัฒนธรรมต่างๆ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
2. ควรมีทักษะที่ส่งเสริมการทำงาน ได้แก่ ทักษะการทำงานภาคสนาม การทำงานร่วมกับนักวิจัยชุมชน/กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ และสามารถทำงานในภาวะเร่งด่วน ล่วงเวลาและทำงานในวันหยุดได้

Qualifications

General qualifications

1. Applicant’s age is not specified.
2. A Thai male applicant must have completed their statutory military service obligation, or be exempt.
3. Applicant must have never been sentenced to imprisonment for a crime.

Specific qualifications

1. Applicant must hold a doctoral degree in linguistics, cultural studies, multiculturalism, folklore, sociology, anthropology, education or other humanities and social science fields with expertise that meets the mission of Center for Documentation and Revitalization of Endangered Languages.

2. Applicant must have published at least one research paper or academic article published in an international journal listed in SCOPUS or other international journal database recognized by the Civil Service Commission.

3. Applicant must have good competence in English that can be evidenced in any of the following tests:

- IELTS (Academic module): 6.0 or higher

- TOEFL IBT (Internet based): 79 or higher

- TOEFL ITP: 550 or higher

- TOEFL CBT: 213 or higher

Please note that the results declared must not be over 2 years old as of the application closure date. If proof of English language proficiency is not declared, the university will not consider the submitted application.

  Remark: If applicant has completed their doctoral studies or higher with proof of English language proficiency submitted when enrolling to the degree program, the same proof can be used for this application. If applicant has completed their doctoral studies in English in a country where English is an official language, declaring English language proficiency can be exempted.

4. An applicant who has experience in conducting research or participatory research in language, culture, education or in contexts related to ethnic or multicultural groups will be given special consideration.

5. Applicant should be able to do field work, work with community/ethnic researchers and able to work in pressing situations, do overtime and work on holidays.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับงานวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายหรือพันธกิจของสถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย ในส่วนของศูนย์ศึกษาและฟื้นฟูภาษาและวัฒนธรรมในภาวะวิกฤต และงานอื่นของสถาบันฯ นำเสนอผลงานวิจัยในรูปแบบบทความตีพิมพ์ระดับนานาชาติ ดำเนินงานภายใต้การกำกับตรวจสอบเฉพาะกรณีที่จำเป็น และปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ

1. ดำเนินการวิจัย ศึกษา ทดสอบ รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานวิจัยที่ส่งเสริมศักยภาพกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในประเทศไทยหรืองานวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายหรือพันธกิจของสถาบันฯ โดยสามารถดำเนินการด้วยตนเอง หรือ ดำเนินการร่วมกับนักวิจัยที่ปรึกษาหรือนักวิจัยท่านอื่นภายในสถาบันฯ และหน่วยงานภายนอก
2. พัฒนาโครงการและเสนอขอทุน/งบประมาณวิจัยจากหน่วยงานสนับสนุนในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เพื่อดำเนินงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานหรืองานวิจัยที่มีความสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายหรือพันธกิจของศูนย์และสถาบันฯ
3. บริหารจัดการโครงการวิจัยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและโปร่งใส
4. ผลิตบทความวิจัยหรือบทความวิชาการเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารระดับนานาชาติ และระดับชาติ โดยสม่ำเสมอ
5. ฝึกอบรม บริการวิชาการ ถ่ายทอดความรู้และพัฒนานวัตกรรมที่ได้จากงานวิจัยทั้งในระหว่างการวิจัยและเสร็จสิ้นงานวิจัย หรือตามหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Work description

Duties in brief: Conduct research in consistent with the missions of the Research institute for languages and cultures of Asia for the Center for Documentation and Revitalization of Endangered Languages, presenting researches in forms of internationally published articles and other related tasks and assigned duties.

Job Descriptions

1. Conduct research, study, test, collect, analyze data and prepare research reports that promote the potential of ethnic groups in Thailand or research in accordance with the goals or missions of the Institute which can be carried out on their own or in collaboration with researchers, consultants or other researchers within the institute and external agencies

2. Develop projects and propose funding/research budgets from agencies in the Thailand and abroad to carry out research related to work or research that is consistent with the goals or missions of the center and the institute.

3. Manage research projects with efficiency and transparency.

4. Produce research articles or academic articles for publication in international and national journals regularly.

5. Training, academic services Transfer knowledge and develop innovations obtained from research both during research and research completion. or according to the duties assigned

หลักเกณฑ์การคัดเลือก:

1. พิจารณาผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้ารับการคัดเลือกเบื้องต้นจากใบสมัคร ประวัติส่วนตัว ประวัติการทำงาน และจดหมายแสดงความตั้งใจในการสมัครงานเป็นภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ความยาวไม่เกิน ๑,๐๐๐ คำ (Letter of statement/ Statement of purpose)

Selection criteria

1. Eligible applicants will be considered for the preliminary selection based on their application form, personal documents, work history and letter of intent in Thai and English (no more than 1000 words)

อัตราเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ  

อัตราเงินเดือน :  คุณวุฒิปริญญาเอก  ๓๒,๔๕๐ บาท หากมีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นนักวิจัยสามารถใช้ปรับประสบการณ์ได้

การรักษาพยาบาล:   สิทธิกองทุนประกันสังคม/ กองทุนเงินทดแทน/ กองทุนพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย

สวัสดิการ:              สวัสดิการสำหรับบุคลากรภายในสถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย และบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Benefits

Salary rate: The rate for a doctoral degree holder is 32,450 baht. Applicant’s prior academic experience directly related to the position may enable top-up to the base salary.
