Job Description
|
|
- Maintain an up-to-date record of admissions policies and work with the College of Music Admissions Office on international student cases.
- Answer emails about admissions from international applicants (in English).
- Check admissions documents from international students.
- Organize international recruiting trips (plane flights, hotels, local transportation, budget, etc.).
- Organize weekly recruiting meetings.
- Assist students with visa documentation.
- Support international students with on campus visits.
- Collect and analyze application and enrollment numbers.
- Work closely with the Assistant Dean for Global Initiatives to ensure that PR information for international applicants and current students is available, impactful, and effective.
- Give regular activity reports.
- Assist the Assistant Dean for Global Initiatives with other duties related to international recruiting, assisting international students, or other projects of the International Relation’s office as needed.
- Reports to the Assistant Dean for Global Initiatives, under the Associate Dean for International Affairs.
