    ๑. คุณวุฒิปริญญาตรี ด้านบริหารงานบุคคล ด้านบริหารรัฐกิจ ด้านรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ด้านรัฐศาสตร์                                

    ๒. อายุไม่เกิน ๔๐ ปี

    ๓. ไม่เป็นโรคตามกฎ ก.พ. ว่าด้วยโรค พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓

     ๔. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการวางแผนอัตรากำลัง วิเคราะห์อัตรากำลัง หรือโปรแกรม SAP (module HR)  จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

    ๑.เนินการวางแผนและวิเคราะห์อัตรากำลัง

    ๒.ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนตำแหน่ง

    ๓.ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการโอนย้าย การตัดโอนตำแหน่งและอัตราเงินเดือน

    ๔ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการพ้นสภาพ และการเลิกจ้าง

    ๕.ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการเกษียณอายุราชการ

    ๖.ดำเนินการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร

    ๗.ดำเนินการบรรจุและแต่งตั้งบุคลากรทุกประเภท

    ๘.ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับจ้างต่อ ขยายระยะเวลาการจ้าง
