Participant Information Sheet

            Mahidol University prepared this questionnaire to survey opinions about the engagement and performance satisfaction of personnel to use the information obtained to improve and develop the university's human resource management system to be more efficient and effective.

            The survey consists of 52 questions divided into four sections which takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and we will study and analyze the overall data without specifying and will be no effect on you or your organization.
