1. PhD in human rights, peace studies, political sciences, social sciences or other related fields. 
2. Experience teaching in post-graduate level academic programs in human rights, peace studies or related fields.
3. Research expertise in human rights, peace studies or related fields.
4. Candidates with at least 3 years experiences in research or academic services related to human rights and/or peace studies will be given priority.
5. Candidates with a minimum of 3 publications in the Thailand Citation Index, and/or SCOPUS and/or Web of Science in the last 5 years will be given priority.
6. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural working environment.
7. Evidence of a good command of spoken and written English

• Teaching at post-graduate level.
• Supervision of student theses
• Conducting research on human rights and/or peace
• Actively contribute to IHRP’s mission in advancing education and research in human rights and peace
• Any other assigned tasks.
