    1. Master degree with experience in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related IT fields
    2. All gender
    3. Coding knowledge and experience with several languages : C, C++, JavaScript, etc.
    4. Experiences using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.)
    5. Experiences in data architectures/ cloud systems / HPC – high performance computing will be specially considered
    6. Having a good conduct, never sentenced to imprisonment for a crime and not have any prohibited characteristics stated by Announcement of Mahidol University on Human Resources Management B.E. 2551 and no serious contagious disease against Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC)

  • Description :

    1. Data analyst organize data based on technical expertise and use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in large data sets that can aid in diagnosis and prediction.
    2. Use different machine-learning techniques to develop cancer subtype classification
    3. Implement data analysis techniques such as RNA sequence and single cell analysis pipelines on high performance computing (HPC).
