- PhD in human rights, peace studies, political sciences, social sciences humanities or other related fields.
- Experience teaching at the post-graduate level academic programs in human rights, peace studies or related fields.
- Have research expertise in human rights, peace studies or related fields.
- Candidates with at least three years’ experiences in research or academic services related to human rights and/or peace studies will be given priority.
- Candidates with a minimum of 3 publications in TCI and/or SCOPUS in the last 5 years will be given priority.
- Proficient in English. Have a good command in spoken and written English, which can be declared through successful results in the following schemes
