1.A degree in education or music technology with very strong English skills
2.Excellent subject knowledge and an interest in the wider curriculum.
3.Ability to teach across all age ranges, utilising various styles of teaching.
4.A proven track record of consistently good/outstanding teaching.
5.Natural authority and presence within the classroom.
6.The ability to negotiate behavioural problems to retain authority within the classroom
7.The ability to differentiate materials and teaching methods to meet the needs of the learners.
8.An understanding of the issues involved in developing the curriculum M 4 – 6 (UK Yrs 11-13, USAGrades 10-12)
9.This teaching position is to be responsible for teaching music technology and some Sciencecourses e.g. Physics of Sound and Acoustics.
