1.A degree in education and/or TEFL.
2.Excellent subject knowledge and an interest in the wider curriculum.
3.Ability to teach across all age ranges, utilising various styles of teaching.
4.A proven track record of consistently good/outstanding teaching.
5.Natural authority and presence within the classroom.
6.The ability to negotiate behavioural problems to retain authority within the classroom
7.The ability to differentiate materials and teaching methods to meet the needs of thelearners.
8.An understanding of the issues involved in developing the curriculum M 4 – 6 (UKYrs 11-13, USA Grades 10-12)
9.This teaching position is half Social Studies and half teaching for main subject.
