คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร :
1. คุณวุฒิปริญญาเอกจากสถาบันที่ ก.พ. รับรอง ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ในสาขาดังนี้
ก. สาขาการพัฒนาสังคม นวัตกรรมสังคม การพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศ การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน การบริหารการพัฒนาสังคม นโยบายสังคม หรือ
ข. สาขาสังคมวิทยา มานุษยวิทยา สังคมสงเคราะห์ รัฐศาสตร์ นิติศาสตร์ เศรษฐศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ ประวัติศาสตร์ สหวิทยาการศึกษา ไทยศึกษา ภูมิภาคศึกษา ประชากรศึกษา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมีผลงานวิชาการ หรือประสบการณ์การสอน หรือผลงานวิจัย หรือเคยนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการในการประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติหรือนานาชาติ ด้านการออกแบบและพัฒนาสังคม นวัตกรรมสังคม การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน การพัฒนาสังคม การพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศ โดยมีวิทยานิพนธ์หรือเอกสารแสดงประสบการณ์ทางด้านงานวิจัยประกอบการสมัคร (ซึ่งต้องไม่ใช่งานวิจัยในชั้นเรียน)
2. มีคุณสมบัติ หรือพร้อมมีคุณสมบัติตามประกาศคณะกรรมการมาตรฐานการอุดมศึกษา เรื่อง เกณฑ์มาตรฐานหลักสูตรระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา พ.ศ. 2565 ต้องมีผลงานทางวิชาการภายหลังสำเร็จการศึกษา อย่างน้อย 1 เรื่องภายใน 2 ปี หรือ 2 เรื่องภายใน 4 ปี หรือ 3 เรื่องภายใน 5 ปี เพื่อจะทำหน้าที่เป็นอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตร อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ และอาจารย์ผู้สอบวิทยานิพนธ์ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์บัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล
3. หากมีผลงานวิชาการจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ซึ่งเป็นผลงานทางวิชาการในสาขาการออกแบบและการพัฒนาสังคม นวัตกรรมสังคม การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน การพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศ โดยมีผลงานวิจัยหรือเคยนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการในการประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติหรือนานาชาติ โดยเฉพาะที่เกี่ยวกับแนวคิด/ทฤษฎี และการปฏิบัติด้านการออกแบบและการพัฒนาสังคม นวัตกรรมสังคม การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน การพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศ การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม การบริหารจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลง เป็นต้น
4. มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับดี - ดีมาก เคยเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายพิเศษ จัดฝึกอบรมเป็นคณะทำงาน หรือคณะกรรมการในโครงการระดับชาติหรือนานาชาติ หรือมีผลงานอื่น ๆ ที่เป็นนวัตกรรมที่โดดเด่น
5. มีความรู้และทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ (อ่าน พูด ฟัง เขียน) ผ่านเกณฑ์ตามประกาศมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล โดยมีคะแนนการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษประเภทใดประเภทหนึ่ง ดังนี้
- ILETS (Academic Module) คะแนนรวมไม่ตำกว่า 6 คะแนน หรือ
- TOEF IBT (Interest Based) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 79 คะแนน หรือ
- TOEFL ITP ไม่ต่ำกว่า 550 คะแนน หรือ
- TOEFL CBT ไม่ต่ำกว่า 213 คะแนน หรือ
- MU GRAD Test ไม่ต่ำกว่า 80 คะแนน หรือ
- MU GRAD PLUS ไม่ต่ำกว่า 90 คะแนน
ทั้งนี้ ผลสอบคะแนนภาษาอังกฤษดังกล่าว จะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปีนับตั้งแต่วันที่ประกาศผลสอบคะแนนภาษาอังกฤษ
กรณีผู้ที่บรรจุและแต่งตั้ง เปลี่ยนตำแหน่ง หรือเปลี่ยนประเภทการจ้างเป็นพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย ไม่ผ่านการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ ข้อ 5 ให้สามารถบรรจุและแต่งตั้ง เปลี่ยนตำแหน่ง หรือเปลี่ยนประเภทการจ้างได้ต่อไปนี้
1) เป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอกขึ้นไป และมีผลคะแนนทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษก่อนเข้าศึกษา โดยผลคะแนนทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับเกณฑ์ที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด หรือ
2) เป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากหลักสูตรที่มีการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) ในประเทศที่มีการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาทางการ
Required Qualifications:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Hold a doctoral degree in one of the following fields from an institution accredited by the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC):
a. Social Development, Social Innovations, International Development, Sustainable Development, Social Development Administration, and Social Policies OR
b. Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, Political Science, Law, Economics, Social Science, History, Interdisciplinary Studies, Thai Studies, Regional Studies, Population Studies, or other related fields.
In addition, candidates should demonstrate academic works, teaching experience, research contributions, or academic presentations at domestic or international conferences related to Social Design and Development, Social Innovations, Sustainable Development, International Development. Proof of thesis or research experience must be submitted with the application (Classroom research is not accepted).
- Possess, or be prepared to acquire, qualifications in accordance with The Standard Criteria for Graduate Studies Curriculum B.E. 2565 as stipulated by the Office of The Higher Education Commission. After receiving the degree, candidates must produce a minimum of:
- A publication within 2 years OR
- 2 publications within 4 years OR
- 3 publications within 5 years to be eligible for positions such as program lecturer, program lecturer in charge, thesis advisor, and thesis examiner, in accordance with Mahidol University's criteria.
- Exhibit academic works related to Social Design and Development, Social Innovations, Sustainable Development, and International Development. Candidates should also possess research experience or a track record of presenting research at domestic or international conferences, with a focus on presenting ideas, theories, and practices in the aforementioned fields, as well as Social Changes and Change Management and Administration. Such accomplishments will be given special consideration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer programs at a good or very good level. Additionally, candidates should have experience as a guest speaker for special lectures and team training sessions or have served as a committee member in domestic or international projects. Other notable works or innovations will also be taken into account.
- Possess proficiency in the English language, encompassing reading, writing, listening, and speaking, and achieve a passing score on one of the English proficiency tests recognized by Mahidol University, as specified below:
- ILETS (Academic Module): a minimum total score of 6 OR
- TOEF IBT (Interest-Based Test): a minimum score of 79 OR
- TOEFL ITP (Institutional Testing Program): a minimum score of 550 OR
- TOEFL CBT (Computer-Based Test): a minimum score of 213 OR
- MU GRAD Test: a minimum score of 80 OR
- MU GRAD PLUS: a minimum total score of 90
The score result must be 2 years old or less on the date of score announcement.
If any successful candidate, who is accepted and appointed or is undergoing a change in their position or employment type as a university employee, does not meet the English Proficiency Test requirement outlined in Item 7, they may still be accepted and appointed under the following conditions:
- The successful candidate holds a doctoral degree or higher and has previously taken an English Proficiency Test before commencing their studies, achieving a score equivalent to or above the standard score as defined by the University's criteria, OR
- The successful candidate has completed a program of study conducted in English as the medium of instruction (an international program) in any country where English is an official language.
