Bachelor's Degree

• Maintain an up-to-date record of admissions policies and work with the College of Music Admissions Office on international student cases.
• Answer emails about admissions from international applicants (in English).
• Check admissions documents from international students.
• Organize international recruiting trips (plane flights, hotels, local transportation, budget, etc.).
• Organize weekly recruiting meetings.
• Assist students with visa documentation.
• Support international students with on campus visits.
• Collect and analyze application and enrollment numbers.
• Work closely with the Assistant Dean for Global Initiatives to ensure that PR information for international applicants and current students is available, impactful, and effective.
• Give regular activity reports.
• Assist the Assistant Dean for Global Initiatives with other duties related to international recruiting, assisting international students, or other projects of the International Relation’s office as needed.
• Reports to the Assistant Dean for Global Initiatives, under the Associate Dean for International Affairs.

Written examination and interview.
