Overall responsibilities
Educational Services Officer promotes smooth functioning of academic-related systems. Educational Services Officer mainly provides academic and support services to students, teachers, and other stakeholders. Educating, analyzing, synthesizing, researching and developing curricula, educational programs and activities, teaching and learning systems including measurement and evaluation are the main responsibilities to ensure the quality of educational services and elevate the educational standards.
Specific Duties
- Study and analyze educational data to support the development of academic and related work.
- Support the educational standards and curriculum development, as well as course and teacher evaluation
- Work with the team to organize educational programs, courses, exams, school-wide tests
- Work with the team to plan, organize, and evaluate academic projects and activities, including teacher orientation, professional development and trainings, parent-teacher conference, and other educational services events
- Help in setting a teacher development plan and evaluation
- Coordinate with internal and external agents to ensure effective work and to achieve the goals
- Support students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders in terms of data, contact, and documentation
- Handle correspondence and inquiries about educational services and academic matters
- Perform administrative tasks and documentation (e.g. proposal, budgeting, meeting minutes, school calendar etc.)
Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisor and the school administrators.
