- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to install and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve computer issues, including both hardware and software, as well as peripheral devices.
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues in computer networks (LAN, Wireless LAN) and telephone systems (PABX).
- Prior experience in a school setting.
- Familiarity with WASC accreditation processes.
- Experience conducting professional development or training sessions.
- Experience with educational data platforms (e.g., PowerSchool, MAPS, Atlas)
