Key Responsibilities :
Residential Programming & Community Development
- Develop, implement, and support residential programs that enhance student engagement, life skills, and well-being.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive residential community.
Staff Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Resident Assistants (RAs).
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and provide ongoing training and development for RAs.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as a professional staff member.
Facility & Operations Management
- Conduct weekly room and building inspections.
- Monitor, report, and follow up on maintenance, safety, and housekeeping concerns.
- Uphold all residence life procedures and safeguarding policy.
Student Conduct & Support
- Serve as a Conduct Hearing Officer when assigned.
- Support students through conflict mediation, crisis response, and referral to appropriate services.
- Promote adherence to community standards and student success initiatives.
Emergency & Risk Management
- Serve as “key essential” personnel during emergencies and critical incidents.
- Assist with emergency preparedness and ensure compliance with safeguarding guidelines.
Other Responsibilities
- Live on campus as required by the position.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the School Administration.

- Strong proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, email, digital filing systems).
- Broad understanding of school operations, student life, event coordination, and student services.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must own a car and be willing to commute or travel as required.
