• Bachelor’s degree or currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Student Development, or a related field.
• Experience working with adolescents or in residential environments is an advantage.
• Ability and willingness to live on campus full-time.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English.
• Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• High level of responsibility, maturity, personal integrity, and an open-minded approach to working with diverse students and colleagues.

• Key Responsibilities :

  Student Supervision & Support

• Provide daily supervision of students in the residence.
• Build rapport with students and serve as the first point of contact for personal, behavioral, or community-related concerns.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment.

• Community Building & Programming

• Support and help implement residential programs that encourage community engagement, student development, and pastoral care.
• Assist with student check-ins, attendance, and residential routines.
• Encourage positive peer interactions, provide pastoral care when needed, and uphold community standards.

• Safety, Conduct & Crisis Response

• Enforce residence policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or conflicts; escalate to the Head of MUIDS Residence when necessary.
• Conduct regular rounds and monitor student well-being and facility safety.

• Facility Operations

• Assist with weekly room inspections.
• Report maintenance or housekeeping issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure residence facilities are maintained in a safe and orderly manner.

• Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, reports, and attendance.
• Participate in staff training, team meetings, and ongoing development sessions.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Head of MUIDS Residence or School Administration.

• Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly and professionally in challenging situations.
• Awareness of adolescent development, student needs, and cultural diversity.
• Ability to set healthy boundaries and act as a positive role model.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace, email, messaging platforms).
