- Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in counseling or working with school-aged children or adolescents.
- Completion of at least 200 documented supervised hours in both individual and group counseling, as part of formal training or internship.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrates strong professional ethics, including confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills.
- A collaborative team player who supports colleagues and contributes ideas.
- Shows a strong commitment to lifelong learning and regular professional growth in the field of school counseling.
- Thorough understanding of safeguarding principles and procedures, with a demonstrated ability to identify and respond appropriately to child protection concerns.
