Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related field.
• Preferably have at least 1 year of experience working in a school, but new graduates are also welcome. 
• Fluent in English; non-native teachers must be highly proficient with TOEFL scores between 22-30 for Reading and Listening, 26-30 for Speaking, and 24-30 for Writing.
• Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken and written)
• Preferred qualities: proactive and takes initiative in completing tasks, well-organized with strong time management skills, adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities, creative in problem-solving and lesson or task design, and comfortable using digital tools to support teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and support the teachers in the department in planning and developing engaging lessons.
• Assists with the preparation of class activities, technology support, and a variety of learning materials and resources for use in instruction
• As directed, assign and grade class work, homework, tests, and projects.
• Serve as a substitute teacher when needed and follow the provided lesson plans.
• Manage a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process
• Participate in department and school meetings, and where appropriate, parent meetings, as well as school activities and extracurricular activities.
• Model professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, colleagues, and the community
• Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits, such as punctuality, reliability, and proactive initiative.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
